St
Johns River - October 13, 2008
The fishing the past two days
has been UNREAL to say the least. Back to back 50 fish 1/2 day
trips. Today one of my very good clients and friend's Bill Spivey
brought his son William (Willie} Spivey JR along for the morning
trip. At the age of 9 this young man can fish! We only fished 3
hours as William had a football game this afternoon but when they
are biting this good 3 hours are all that is needed as the little
guy smoked them catching over 30 anchored by a 6 1/2 pounder caught
on a C Rig. Rattletraps C Rigged Trick worms and a Texas Rigged
worm were the hot baits today. Main River points and flooded fields
with moving water are the key areas to fish with this high water
we have at this time.
Thanks
