LAKE SEMINOLE IS FULL, CLEAR & 85 DEGREES

Bass fishing has been slow almost all day but the bright spot is any current during generation. With the slow day fishing, get out the large dark Senko’s, rig the wacky style with a large hook and cast them to points on grass lines and on main lake ledges. Early and late Lunker Lures buzz baits on the wood or grass lines can draw a fish but run and gun all day. Float a large dark Gilraker worms or lizards on Texas rig with no weight on around the grass beds. Add a Mann’s Rat in green frog then follow up with a big lizard in June bug on a large #5 Mustad hook. Zoom Swamp crawlers are working on a long Carolina rig with the Lindy No Snag rig in the ounce size. To get away from the heat, fish early and late and use a green pumpkin and June Bug Zoom U tail on a Texas rig. Use the all white one ounce spinner bait and slow roll the bait but this will tax the arms if the fish do not bite. Try this large bait for 30 minutes each trip and use it on the feeding periods. You can see the feeding times daily with a Data Sport Fish and Game Forecaster at www.moontimes.com.
